TITLE
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE LANDSCAPE PLAN DATED NOVEMBER 9, 2022 FOR THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO
BODY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Gahanna Codified Ordinances Section 154.03, it is the responsibility of the Landscape Board to review and recommend a written plan for the care, preservation, pruning, planting, replanting, removal or disposition of trees and shrubs in parks, along streets and in other public areas with such trees and shrubs being designated street trees or park trees; and
WHEREAS, the Landscape Board must review and present a plan to Council every three years; and
WHEREAS, on November 9, 2022, the Landscape Board reviewed changes and unanimously recommended to Council the approval of the Comprehensive Landscape Plan for the City of Gahanna.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby approves the Comprehensive Landscape Plan dated November 9, 2022, said plan attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
