TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS - Damage to City Property
BODY
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service has received funds over the last quarter from the damage of City property; and
WHEREAS, the funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service requests supplemental appropriations from the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of seventy dollars ($70) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated unencumbered General Fund 1010 as follows:
101.11.420.5306 Fleet Services: $70
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
