TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING GAHANNA CODIFIED ORDINANCE CHAPTER 521.06(b) FOR CONSTRUCTION, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF SIDEWALKS, INTEGRAL APPROACHES/APRONS AND RELATED AREAS
BODY
WHEREAS, Gahanna Code Section 521.06(b) currently specifies obligations of abutting owners concerning sidewalks, integral approaches/aprons, and curbs and gutters; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has requested amending Section 521.06(b) to clarify that repair of curbs and street gutters is the responsibility of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Code Section 521.06(b) for Obligations of Abutting Owners is hereby amended and adopted in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after the date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
