TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS - Water Meter Fees
BODY
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service has received funds over the last quarter from water meter fees; and
WHEREAS, the funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service requests supplemental appropriations to reassign the funds from the Water Fund for various materials and supplies needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of sixteen thousand eight hundred ten dollars ($16,810) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated unencumbered Water Fund 6510 as follows:
651.11.000.5300 Materials and Supplies: $16,810
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
