TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS - Damage to City Property
BODY
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service has received funds over the last quarter from the damage of City property; and
WHEREAS, the funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service requests supplemental appropriations to reassign the funds from the General Fund, Streets Fund, and Water Fund for various materials and supplies and fleet service needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of seventeen thousand eight hundred ninety dollars ($17,890) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated unencumbered General Fund 1010 as follows:
101.11.400.5300 Materials and Supplies: $17,785
101.11.420.5306 Fleet Services: $105
Section 2. That funding in the amount of three thousand nine hundred twenty-six dollars ($3,926) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated unencumbered Streets Fund 2200 as follows:
220.11.000.5300 Materials and Supplies: $3,926
Section 3. That funding in the amount of one thousand six hundred thirty dollars ($1,630) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated unencumbered Water Fund 6510 as follows:
651.11.000.5300 Materials and Supplies: $1,630
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
