AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Water Meter Fees

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from water meter fees in the amount of $31,336; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funds in the amount of thirty-one thousand one hundred sixteen dollars and zero cents ($31,116.00) from the unappropriated and unencumbered Water Fund (6510), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 651.11.000.5300 Materials and Supplies.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
