TITLE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION- Donations for Memorial Trees and Recreational Programs.

WHEREAS, the Department of Parks & Recreation has received unplanned funds from donations for memorial trees and recreation programs; and
WHEREAS, these funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered in the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of one thousand three hundred dollars ($1,300) from the unappropriated General Fund be and is hereby appropriated to account number 10108310.5300 - Parks Materials and Supplies.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of six hundred and fifty dollars ($650) from the unappropriated General Fund be and is hereby appropriated to account number 24208320.5205 - Recreation Contract Services.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
