A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A THEN AND NOW PURCHASE UNDER OHIO REVISED CODE 5705.41(D)(1) FOR THE PURPOSE OF A NEW TIMEKEEPING AND SCHEDULE SYSTEM.
BODY
WHEREAS, when the City upgraded the timekeeping and scheduling system from vendor UKG (Kronos), funds were not encumbered beforehand; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that funds were available then at the time of purchase and now at the time of payment, appropriated, collected or in the process of collection and free from any previous encumbrance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($23,700) is appropriated in account 101.07.000.5215 - IT Technical Services.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance is authorized to make payment in the amount of TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($23,700) then and now purchase under ORC 5705.41(D)(1) to UKG (Kronos) for Information and Technology Services.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
