AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Water Meter Fees.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from water meter fees; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funds in the amount of one thousand three hundred FIFTY-TWO dollars ($1,352.00) from the Water Fund (6511), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 6511.1000.5300 - Materials and Supplies.
Section 3. That ORD-098-2020, passed December 21, 2020, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
