AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Sale of Assets.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the sale of capital assets; and
WHEREAS, the Department respectfully requests a supplemental appropriation in order to move the funds from the unappropriated and unencumbered General Fund to the appropriate accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of eight thousand three hundred and eight dollars ($8,308.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.0110.5510 -- Capital Equipment, Police.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of eleven thousand nine hundred EIGHTY-FIVE dollars ($11,985.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.1420.5511 -- Capital Equipment, Parks.
Section 3. That funding in the amount of three thousand four hundred twenty-one dollars ($3,421.00) from the Water Fund (6511) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 6511.1000.5510 -- Capital Equipment.
Section 4. That funding in the amount of three thousand four hundred twenty-one dollars ($3,421.00) from the Sewer Fund (6511) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 6611.1000.5510 -- Capital Equipment.
Section 5. That ORD-098-2020, passed December 21, 2020, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 6. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
