ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Parks Materials and Supplies.

WHEREAS, The Department of Parks & Recreation has received a total of $1,863.00 in unplanned funds from donations for memorial trees and the Dog Park; and
WHEREAS, these funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered; and
WHEREAS, an Ordinance is required in order to transfer funds from the unappropriated unreserved balance of the General Fund to the Parks Materials and Supplies account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THREE DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($1,863.00) be and is hereby supplementally appropriated to the account:10108310.5300 - Parks Materials & Supplies.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
