ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEED OF EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER AT 957 TAYLOR STATION ROAD.

WHEREAS, the Administration requests Council’s approval to accept a .031+/- acre storm sewer dedication from Adams Pointe, LLC along the property at 957 Taylor Station Road; and
WHEREAS, the improvements on this property will connect to public storm sewers along Taylor Station Road and Taylor Road.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement for the purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, or replacing a storm sewer and appurtenant works thereto for property located at 957 Taylor Station Road, said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
