ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF GAHANNA, OHIO: Amending Chapter 1133 - Zoning or Rezoning.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended to Council, changes to Chapter 1133 - Zoning or Rezoning; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on November 18, 2020, in virtual meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law; and
WHEREAS, City Council held a Public Hearing on January 19, 2021, in virtual meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That City Code Chapter 1133 Zoning or Rezoning of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing City Code Chapter 1133 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed and replaced.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
