AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Sale of Assets.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the sale of capital assets; and
WHEREAS, the Department respectfully requests a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of seven thousand three hundred thirty-one dollars and zero cents ($7,331.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.0110.5510 -- Capital Equipment, Police.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of twelve thousand three hundred one dollars and zero cents ($12,301.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.1420.5511 -- Capital Equipment, Parks.
Section 3. That funding in the amount of three thousand two hundred seventy-four dollars and zero cents ($3,274.00) from the unappropriated Water Fund (6511) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 6511.1000.5510 -- Capital Equipment.
Section 4. That funding in the amount of three thousand two hundred seventy-four dollars and zero cents ($3,274.00) from the unappropriated Sewer Fund (6511) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 6611.1000.5510 -- Capital Equipment.
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
