AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Damage to City Property.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the damage of City property; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of eighteen thousand three hundred dollars and zero cents ($18,300.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.0110.5510 - Capital Equipment, Police.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of six thousand six hundred forty-two dollars and zero cents ($6,642.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.1400.5300 - Materials & Supplies.
Section 3. That funding in the amount of four hundred thirty-two dollars and zero cents ($432.00) from the unappropriated Streets Fund (2200), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 2201.1000.5300 -- Materials and Supplies.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
