A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS.
BODY
WHEREAS, Finance contractual services mainly includes payments for real estate and income tax collections services; and,
WHEREAS, There are also other services, such as election expense, that is automatically deducted by the County from our real estate taxes; and,
WHEREAS, The amount charged to the City for election expense was more than anticipated.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. City Council authorizes a transfer of appropriations as follows:
From the following accounts:
101.08.310.5205 - Parks & Facilities Contract Services - $39,671
101.08.310.5300 - Parks & Facilities Materials and Supplies - $55,991
101.08.320.5205 - Recreation Contract Services - $17,700
To account: 101.06.000.5205 - Finance Contractual Services.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law
