WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 23, 2020, in regular meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law; and

 

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended the request for a Variance to City Council; and

 

WHEREAS, under authority of Section 1103.03, of the Codified Ordinances, this variance request must be approved by City Council after recommendation is made by Planning Commission.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

 

Section 1.  That this Council hereby grants the variance application to vary section 1109.08 - Public Areas, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna; for property located off Hamilton Road; Parcel ID.                      No. 025-013767, current zoning select commercial planned district (SCPD); proposed zoning limited multi-family residential development (L-MFRD); Loreto Canini, Applicant.

 

Section 2.  That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
