AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Damage to City Property

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the damage of City property; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation is requested ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of four thousand five hundred eighty eight dollars and zero cents ($4,588.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.1400.5300 -- Materials and Supplies.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of one thousand four hundred ninety eight dollars and zero cents ($1,498.00) from the unappropriated Streets Fund (2200), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 2201.1000.5300 -- Materials and Supplies.
Section 3. That funding in the amount of seven thousand four hundred twenty three dollars and zero cents ($7,423.00) from the unappropriated Water Fund (6510), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 6511.1000.5300 -- Materials and Supplies.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
