AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Sale of Assets.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the sale of capital assets; and
WHEREAS, the Department respectfully requests a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of nine thousand nine thousand nine hundred eighty one dollars and zero cents ($9,981.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.1420.5511 Capital Equipment, Parks.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
