AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Various Accounts

WHEREAS, the original 2020 appropriation request needs to be adjusted; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance is requesting that certain appropriations be increased.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That a supplemental appropriation of sixty six thousand dollars and zero cents ($66,000.00) from the Water Fund (Contract Services) be and is hereby appropriated as follows:
Ten thousand dollars and zero cents ($10,000.00) to Account 651.11.000.5215 Tech Services.
Forty five thousand dollars and zero cents ($45,000.00) to Account 651.11.000.5211 Regulatory Services.
Eleven thousand dollars and zero cents ($11,000.00) to Account 651.11.000.5220 Maintenance Services.
Section 2. That a supplemental appropriation of sixty one thousand dollars and zero cents ($61,000.00) from the Sewer Fund (Contract Services) be and is hereby appropriated to account 661.11.000.5211 Regulatory Services.
Section 3. That a supplemental appropriation of one hundred seventy seven thousand dollars and zero cents ($177,000.00) from the General Fund be and is hereby appropriated to account 101.07.000.5215 IT Contract Services.
Section 4. That ORD-0101-2019, passed December 16, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this appropriation.
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
