ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO: Amending Section 153.01 Creation of Chapter 153 Parks and Recreation Board.

WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Board, to make changes to Section 153.01 of Chapter 153 Parks and Recreation Board,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
SECTION 1. That Section 153.01 Creation of Chapter 153 Parks and Recreation Board of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Gahanna shall be and are hereby amended to read as follows:
See Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. That existing Section 153.01 of Chapters 153 be and is hereby repealed and replaced.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
