ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A RECORDED LIMITED WARRANTY DEED FROM S-K GAHANNA, LLC.

WHEREAS, the deed is recorded in Franklin County on 08/28/2019 as Instrument number 201908280110098; and
WHEREAS, the two (2) parcels included are 025-011228-00 and 025-011235-00; and
WHEREAS, prior reference for this deed is 201704270056926 and 201505260068251; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the recorded Limited Warranty Deed from S-K Gahanna for .793 and .411 +/- acres, for property located at 5435 Morse Road; said Deed is attached to this Ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
