AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Parks & Recreation Department.

WHEREAS, the Department of Parks & Recreation has received unplanned funds from restitution proceeds and donations; and
WHEREAS, these funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks & Recreation is be requesting the funds to be appropriated an account in the Parks & Recreation Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That a supplemental appropriation of four thousand five hundred forty dollars and zero cents ($4,540.00) from the unappropriated General Fund be and is hereby appropriated to account 10108310.5300- Parks Materials and Supplies.
Section 2. That ORD-0101-2019, passed December 16, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
