AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Parks & Recreation Department (MI Homes Compensation).

WHEREAS, the Department of Parks & Recreation has received $150,000.00 in compensation from MI Homes from agreements contained in Ordinance -0093-2019; and
WHEREAS, these funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks & Recreation is be requesting the funds to be appropriated an account in the Parks & Recreation Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That a supplemental appropriation of one hundred fifty thousand dollars and zero cents ($150,000.00) from the Capital Improvement Fund (32506000) be and is hereby appropriated to account 32506000.5500- Park and Trail Asphalt Resurfacing.
Section 2. That ORD-0101-2019, passed December 16, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
