ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT WITH OHIO POWER FOR ELECTRIC AND OTHER CURRENT/FUTURE ENERGY OR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, Ohio Power Company has presented an easement and right of way agreement for electric and other current/future energy or communication purposes at 220 Olde Ridenour Road; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO;
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Ohio Power Company for the easement and right of way, said easement attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
