AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Refuse fees.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service & Engineering is requesting an additional appropriation from the Refuse Fund to pay for additional recycling fees incurred with the new contract rates,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OHIO;
Section 1. That funds in the amount of eighty eight thousand dollars and zero cents, ($88,000.00) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Refuse Fund (8501) to Account No. 8501.1000.5205 - Contract Services.
Section 2. That ORD- 101-2019, passed December 16, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
