AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Water Meter Proceeds

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from water meter fees; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funds in the amount of fifteen thousand, six hundred thirty seven dollars and zero cents ($15,637.00) from the unappropriated Water Fund (6511), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 6511.1000.5300, Water Materials and Supplies.
Section 2. That ORD- 101-2019, passed December 16, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
