AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Sale of assets.

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service and Engineering has received funds from the sale of capital assets,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of fifteen thousand six hundred fourteen dollars and zero cents ($15,614.00) from the unappropriated General Fund (1010) be and is hereby appropriated to account number 1011.0110.5510 - Capital Equipment, Police.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of twelve thousand seven hundred sixteen dollars dollars and zero cents ($12,716.00) from the unappropriated Streets Fund (2200), be and is hereby appropriated to account number 2201.1000.5510 - Capital Equipment.
Section 3. That ORD- 101-2019, passed December 16, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
