ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE AS REFERENCED IN SECTION 147.04 FEES OF CHAPTER 147 BOARD OF ZONING AND BUILDING APPEALS.

WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals met on November 21, 2019, to review proposed changes to Part One- Administrative Code, Title Five- Administrative, Chapter 147 Board of Zoning & Building Appeals, section 147.04 Fees of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna; and
WHEREAS, the motion passed unanimously to recommend changes to the master fee schedule, as determined in Exhibit A attached hereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the existing Master Fee Schedule as set forth in Section 147.04 Fees, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
