ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO: Amending Section 147.03 APPEALS TO THE BOARD of Chapters 147 Board of Zoning and Building Appeals.

WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals met on November 21, 2019 to review proposed changes to Section 147.03 (a)(3) of Section 147.03 Appeals to the Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board passed with a majority vote that the amendment in Exhibit A be recommended to City Council for adoption,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
SECTION 1. That Section 147.03 Appeals to the Board of Chapters 147 Board of Zoning and Building Appeals of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Gahanna shall be and are hereby amended to read as follows:
See Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. That existing Section 147.03 of Chapters 147 be and is hereby repealed and replaced.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
