SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Various Accounts

WHEREAS, the Department of Parks & Recreation has received unplanned funds from scrap metal, property damages received, and Gahanna Parks & Recreation Foundation Program Sponsorships; and
WHEREAS, these funds are currently unappropriated and unencumbered; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks & Recreation is be requesting the funds to be appropriated to various accounts in the Parks & Recreation Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the following supplemental appropriations are approved:
$788.00 from the unreserved balance of the General Fund be and hereby appropriated to account no. 10108310-5300 - Parks Materials & Supplies
$28,347.00 from the unreserved balance of the General Fund be and hereby appropriated to account no. 10108320-5205 - Recreation Contract Services.
Section 2. That ORD-0010-2019, passed January 29, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
