AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF CONTENT CENTRAL, AND RELATED SERVICES

WHEREAS,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign an Agreement with Modern Office Methods and Ademero attached hereto as EXHIBIT A and Exhibit B, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That an amount of $15,845.60 is available in 2019 appropriations to cover the cost of this product/service.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
