AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Refuse Fund

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service & Engineering has received funds from refuse collection fees; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OHIO;

Section 1.  That funds in the amount of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS, ($45,200.00) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Refuse Fund (8501) to Account No. 8501.1000.5205 - Contract Services.

Section 2.  That ORD-0010-2019, passed January 29, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

Section 3.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
