SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS - TIF FUNDS

WHEREAS, the Development Department has been busy filing forms for multiple TIF Districts to capture the increment and some forms were filed for multiple tax years; and
WHEREAS, as a result, more payments in lieu of taxes were received than anticipated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of eighteen thousand, nine hundred forty dollars ($18,940) from the unappropriated/unencumbered TIF Fund (2240), be and is hereby supplementally appropriated as follows:
To account 224.11.070.5210 - Hamilton Road TIF Professional Services $1,370
To account 224.11.080.5210 - Central Park TIF Professional Services $12,030
To account 224.11.090.5210 - North Triangle TIF Professional Services $4,290
To account 224.11.100.5210 - Johnstown Road TIF Professional Services $1,250
Section 2. That ORD-0010-2019, passed January 29, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
