SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - PROPERTY/LIABILITY INSURANCE CLAIM WITH THE OHIO MUNICIPAL JOINT SELF-INSURANCE POOL

WHEREAS, Gahanna has obtained property/liability insurance coverage from the Ohio Municipal Joint Self-Insurance Pool (OMJSP); and
WHEREAS, funds will be needed to set aside and pay claim deductibles in the account totaling approximately $12,400.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($12,400) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance in the General Fund and appropriated to Account 10103000-5210 Professional Services.
Section 2. That ORD-0010, passed January 29, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
