TO AMEND PART ELEVEN, PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, CHAPTER 1193- STORMWATER MANAGEMENT POLICY, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA. (held from 7/1/2019).

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended to Council, changes to Sections 1105, 1108, 1131, 1133, 1153, 1169, 1177, 1181, and 1193 of Part Eleven, Planning and Zoning Code; and

 

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on April 10, 2019, in regular meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law; and

 

WHEREAS, City Council held a Public Hearing on June 3, 2019, in regular meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law; and

 

WHEREAS, it was requested by Council to further discuss section 1193, and was therefore postponed; sent back to Committee on June 10, 2019; due back to the regular Council meeting on June 17, 2019; and

 

WHEREAS, it was determined section 1193 be voted on as a separate ordinance.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

 

Section 1. That City Code, Section 1193- Stormwater Management Policy, of Part Eleven, Planning and Zoning Code, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.

 

Section 2.  That existing City Code, Section 1193- Stormwater Management Policy, of Part Eleven, Planning and Zoning Code, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.

 

Section 3.  That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
