SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION- Hamilton Road TIF.

WHEREAS, the Hamilton Road TIF has exceeded original projections resulting in additional appropriations needed to pay the developer; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND THOUSAND DOLLARS ($144,000) for the Hamilton Road TIF Contract Services 224.11.070.5205 from the unappropriated unencumbered fund balance of the Hamilton Road TIF 224.11.070, is hereby supplementally appropriated.
Section 2. That ORD-0010-2019, passed January 29, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
