TO AMEND PART ELEVEN, PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, CHAPTER 1165 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended to Council, changes to Sections 1165 of Part Eleven, Planning and Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on April 10, 2019, in regular meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law; and
WHEREAS, City Council held a Public Hearing on June 3, 2019, in regular meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That City Code, Section 1165 of Part Eleven, Planning and Zoning Code, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing City Code, Sections 1165 of Part Eleven, Planning and Zoning Code, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
