TO AMEND CHAPTER 945- WEEDS AND GRASS, OF TITLE FIVE- OTHER PUBLIC SERVICES, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.
BODY
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks & Recreation has recommended to Council, changes to Chapter 945- Weeds and Grass; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed these changes and is ready to move forward with the changes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 945- Weeds and Grass, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 945- Weeds and Grass, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
