SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION- TIF Funds; Johnstown Road & North Triangle.

WHEREAS, a real estate settlement was received in March, and the Johnstown Road and North Triangle TIFs began producing; and
WHEREAS, because we were not anticipating any PILOT payments, appropriations for County Auditory and Treasurer fees were not included with original appropriations; and
WHEREAS, we also did not budget enough for some of the other TIF districts’ and/or the first settlement used more than half of the budget; and
WHEREAS, more than estimated was received, which in turn increases fees; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the following supplemental appropriation is hereby authorized as listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That ORD-0010-2019, passed January 29, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
