TO AMEND PART ONE-ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, TITLE FIVE- ADMINISTRATIVE, CHAPTER 147- BOARD OF ZONING AND BUILDING APPEALS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning & Building Appeals met on January 17, 2019, to review proposed changes to Part One- Administrative Code, Title Five- Administrative, Chapter 147- Board of Zoning & Building Appeals, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna; and

WHEREAS, the motion passed unanimously to recommend those changes to Council for passage; and

WHEREAS, City Council held a Public Hearing on May 6, 2019, in regular meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That City Code, Part One- Administrative Code, Title Five- Administrative, Chapter 147 - Board of Zoning and Building Appeals, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.

Section 2. That existing City Code, Part One- Administrative Code, Title Five- Administrative, Chapter 147 - Board of Zoning and Building Appeals, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.

Section 3.  That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
