SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION- Refuse Escrow.
BODY
WHEREAS, upon finalizing the budget for 2019, an appropriation for $8,000 for Refuse Escrow Technology Services was excluded in error; and
WHEREAS, the appropriation is necessary to pay for the portion of the Muni-Link software associated with Refuse Billing; and
WHEREAS, to avoid untimely payment for the annual software agreement an appropriation transfer was made from Refuse Escrow Contract Services to Technology Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($8,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Refuse Escrow Fund 850 to the Refuse Escrow Contract Services Account No. 850.11.000.5205.
Section 2. That ORD-0010-2019, passed January 29, 2019, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
