TITLE

TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE GAHANNA CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU (CVB) FOR THE OHIO HERB EDUCATION CENTER (OHEC)

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna desires to enter into an agreement with the Gahanna Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) for OHEC; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into Agreement with the Gahanna Convention and Visitors Bureau, 167 Mill Street Gahanna, Ohio 43230, for the Ohio Herb Education Center; said Agreement attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.

Section 2. That funding will be set aside in the 2019 Appropriations to cover the herein costs.

Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
