Supplemental Appropriation- Reserve for Sick and Vacation Fund.

WHEREAS, The City has had a number of severance payments during 2018 that have exceeded the original amount appropriated; and
WHEREAS, supplemental appropriations are needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($102,950) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance of the Reserve for Sick and Vacation fund 750.135 to the Reserve for Sick and Vacation retirement pay fund 750.135.5126 in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000); Reserve for Sick and Vacation Workers Compensation fund 750.135.5132 in the amount of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,500) and Reserve for Sick and Vacation Medicare fund 750.135.5138 in the amount of (ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,450).
Section 2. That ORD-0102-2017, passed December 18, 2017, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
