SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - PARKS & RECREATION DONATION PROCEEDS

WHEREAS, the Department of Parks & Recreation has received donations and would like to use some of the funds for park improvements and new benches for the Pizzuro Park & Dog Park; and
WHEREAS, the Department has also received donations to repair the senior hay wagon from the Reynoldsburg Community Association and from the National Purchasing Partners Share back funds and would like to use those funds for park improvements; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($1,925) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the Donations P&R Fund to Account No. 101.431.5320.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY TWO DOLLARS ($1,352) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the PR Misc. Fund to Account No. 101.431.5320.
Section 2. That ORD-0102-2017, passed December 18, 2017, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
