TO AMEND THE SALARIES FOR PERSONNEL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the City is recommending a number of changes to the Salary Ordinance passed by ORD-0094-2017; and
WHEREAS, those changes are outlined in the attached report and attached Salary Ordinance for the Personnel of the City of Gahanna.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That where not in conflict with the Charter, Ordinances, or lawfully promulgated rules and regulations of the City of Gahanna, the 2018 Salary Ordinance for personnel of the City of Gahanna, is hereby enacted as noted in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here within are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
