TO AMEND SECTION 161.081 (CREDIT FOR TAX PAID TO ANOTHER MUNICIPALITY) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the City has identified areas of Chapter 161 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna that need to be updated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO, THAT:
Section 1. That section 161.081 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That existing Section 161.081, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after the earliest date permitted by law after the date of its final passage by this Council in accordance with Section 161.081(e) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna and signature approval by the Mayor.
