A STATUTORY RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS AND DETERMINATIONS AS PERMITTED IN SECTIONS 3735.65 TO 3735.70 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE TO MODIFY THE BOUNDARIES OF COMMUNITY INVESTMENT AREA #3.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 3735.65 et seq., this Council, on May 19, 1992, adopted its Substitute Resolution No. 29-92 (the "Original CRA Resolution"), in which it found that certain areas located within the City (as described and depicted in the Original CRA Resolution and referred to as "Community Reinvestment Area #3") contained housing facilities, or structures of historical significance, wherein new housing construction and repair of existing facilities or structures were being discouraged, and that maintenance and construction of those structures would serve to encourage economic stability, maintain real property values and generate new employment opportunities, and established Community Reinvestment Area #3 coextensive with the boundaries of that area to provide real property tax exemptions for certain improvements to real property within that area; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 3735.65 et seq., this Council, on March 7, 1995, adopted its Resolution No. 17-95, which modified the boundaries of the Community Reinvestment Area #3; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 3735.65 et seq., this Council, on December 31, 1998, adopted its Resolution No. 129-98, which modified the boundaries of the Community Reinvestment Area #3; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 3735.65 et seq., this Council, on December 19, 2005, adopted its Statutory Resolution No. 3-2005 which modified the boundaries of the Community Reinvestment Area #3; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 3735.65 et seq., this Council, on December 3, 2012, adopted its Statutory Resolution No. 3-2012, which modified the boundaries of the Community Reinvestment Area #3.
