TITLE
TO AMEND PART ELEVEN, PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, CHAPTER 1150, OLDE GAHANNA DISTRICT, SECTIONS 1150.05(A) PERMITTED USES AND 1150.05(B) CONDITIONAL USES, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

BODY
WHEREAS, the Planning & Development Department has recommended changes to Sections 1150.05(A) Permitted Uses and 1150.05(B) Conditional Uses to accommodate frequent use requests in the Olde Gahanna zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on April 11, 2018, in regular meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended the Code Change to City Council; and
WHEREAS, City Council held a public hearing on May 21, 2018, in regular meeting, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That City Code, Sections 1150.05(A) Permitted Uses and 1150.05(B) Conditional Uses, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, are hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing City Code, Sections 1150.05(A) Permitted Uses and 1150.05(B) Conditional Uses, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
