TO RECOGNIZE AND CELEBRATE THE 2018 NATIONAL SMALL BUSINESS WEEK IN GAHANNA, OHIO, FROM APRIL 29 TO MAY 5.
BODY
WHEREAS, Small Business Week is a national effort to honor our nation’s millions of small businesses; and
WHEREAS, small businesses represent a core value of the importance of our community; and
WHEREAS, supporting small businesses means creating jobs and helping local communities preserve their culture; and
WHEREAS, this Council recognizes, supports, and celebrates small businesses in our community and encourages our residents to also support small businesses; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has proclaimed April 29 to May 5, 2018, as National Small Business Week.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby recognizes and celebrates the 2018 National Small Business Week in Gahanna, Ohio from April 29 to May 5.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council.
